Rainey’s Cleaning Service thanks you for the opportunity to present our company and its qualifications. We are a locally owned minority company. Tommy and Deforrest Rainey established Rainey's Cleaning Service in 1991. Deforest Rainey has a BS degree in Business Administration with hours completed toward a master’s degree. We have 30 combined years of experience and pride ourselves in quality service at affordable prices.

Our staff of ten full-time (two to five years of experience) and eight part-time employees have expertise in various area of building maintenance. Alpha Chemical and Paper Company have trained Rainey's employees. The employees of Rainey's Cleaning Service are experienced and trained in floor (carpet, resilient tile, rubber floors, and ceramic tile) maintenance (vacuuming, cleaning, stripping, waxing and polishing), cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, cleaning and polishing furniture and chrome, and cleaning glass. Alpha Chemical and Paper Company has also trained our employees in handling med.-waste, disinfecting and deodorizing. We are a full service cleaning company.

We are prepared to clean your building at your desired frequency. We are flexible on the hours to perform cleaning service. In addition, if desired we are prepared to furnish an onsite cleaning person during your regular business hours. Rainey's Cleaning Service will furnish all equipment and cleaning supplies unless otherwise specified.
